our sprouts class is a good first step for your child as they transition from your home out into the world. our teacher to child ratio is typically 1:4, so each child receives plenty of attention and connection. our teachers are cpr-certified and caring, conscientious and creative. the children participate in a mix of indoor and outdoor playtime, exploration through playing with simple toys, and through art, music and movement activities. children must be 2 years of age to enroll.

TUITION & FEES

tuition & fees schedule:

application fee: $50/per child (one-time fee due when enrollment application is submitted)

insurance fee: $125 per year/per child (due August 1st or first day your child/ren attends if after August 1st)

supply fee: $200 per year/child (due by August 15th for 2024-2025 school year) and $100/child (due by May 15th for Summer Session)

registration fee: $275 per school year/per child (due by May 1st for the 2024-2025 school year and $150 per summer session/per child (due by March 1st for summer 2025).

tuition: rate based on your child/ren’s schedule (due monthly at the first of each month) tuition is paid to reserve your child’s spot in the class and is not attendance-based; therefore tuition is still owed for days when your child is absent. teacher workdays and other scheduled closings are considered when tuition is set; therefore there are no refunds for missed days.

sprouts class: (2 and 3 years of age):

2 sessions/week: $400 / mo

3 sessions/week: $585 / mo

5 sessions/week: $825 / mo

late payment fee: $25/per child (late fee is charged if monthly payment is not submitted within 5 days of due date and charged each month thereafter if an outstanding balance remains due)

*please note if you have an open balance on your account of $400 or greater, your child/ren will not be allowed to continue to attend class until outstanding balance is paid.

*If your family is experiencing a hardship, please contact our Director (Rachel) to discuss how to resolve and if your family qualifies for a hardship scholarship.

late pickup fee: $25/per child (late pickup fee is charged if guardian/s are late to pickup child/ren 2+ times in a given month without prior approval from child’s teachers)

arrow is a good first step for your child as they transition from your home out into the world. our caregiver to child ratio is typically 1 to 4, so each child receives plenty of love and attention. our caregivers are cpr-certified and caring, conscientious & creative. the children participate in a mix of indoor and outdoor playtime, exploration through playing with simple toys, and through art, music & movement activities. bring along your own snack and lunch. please be aware we are nut-free (includes all nuts and products containing nuts). cloth or disposable diapering is fine, as is potty training. a nap room is available for those who need to rest. we have a total of 8 reserved spots per class/half day session.

things to bring daily:

extra diapers/underwear, wipes, wet bags (if cloth diapering), change of seasonally appropriate clothing as well as seasonally appropriate outerwear, a blanket or lovey for nap time (if applicable), water bottle, bug repellent, sunscreen, snack and lunch (please only send items that can be served at room temperature and please include an ice pack in your child/ren’s lunchbox, as we do not refrigerate lunches/snacks. also, please label your child’s snacks, lunches, and water bottles with his/her first AND last name. we are nut-free, so no nuts or nut products please. we’ll be happy to offer suggestions for product substitutions like sunflower butter. *please see the arrow food guidelines sheet for healthy suggestions and preparation guidelines.
